Description

On 6/21/17, Closet Tailors, was parking across from 306 N 26th St when the truck uprooted a city tree.The business owner was contacted via email informing him of the event.He said he had already spoken to city officials about replacing the tree. There is still no tree & Mr.Yates is no longer responding to my inquiries. Since I have emails from the company accepting responsibility for the event & photos,can the city hold the company liable for destruction of city property & get the tree replaced? Updated phone number. What is the status of holding the responsible party accountable for the tree replacement? Thanks.
