Description

This request is for the alley between North Avenue and Barton Ave, beginning at Hooper St and ending at Essex. There are numerous pot holes and speed bumps created by gravel being shifted during rains and subsequent water run off. This is tearing up residents vehicles. This section deserves asphalt since the alley is providing access to parking at the Med Clinic at 2809 North Ave, per City Ordinance 97-245-257. Gravel only last a week with the amount of commercial traffic. We need asphalt. Adding Pic 3 and 4 Actually upon further inspection. This alley was/is asphalt. The city keeps making repairs with gravel. This is making things worse. This needs to be re-asphalted.
