Description

Tree leaned to 2pm position. City cut the tree down on 2/24/19. Need to have the 3 sections of sidewalk repaired. My elderly neighbor fell this afternoon crossing it. There is also a single section of sidewalk that is crumbling. Difficult for strollers and walkers. Pics of each below. Still waiting for a response and stump removal. Please advise. Someone fell 9/30/2020 9:30am and is requiring stitches as a result of this repair not being performed. This month I contacted Lisa Townsend and Chris Hilbert about the curb, sidewalk, and drive easement issues. But nothing has evolved with respect to the problems being repaired. I actually filed the first ticket on this issue back in 2012! I've fallen a couple times myself. Someone visiting me tripped over the crumbling sidewalk and required 6 stitches in the hand. Please fix the 4 sections that are either raised/uneven or crumbling.
