Caller states sidewalks will be replaced soon and that they are in the area now breaking up the sidewalks; he was wondering because the tree has been marked to be taken down if the tree would be down before the sidewalks are replaced otherwise the roots of the tree is going to cause the same problem of lifting/raising the sidewalk. He is requested that the tree removal be expedited and down 1st.
