Call from Scott Stowe who stated he was an Arborist and his neighbor wanted him to call because a 3rd of the City Tree is dead and is a hazard. He would like for an Arborist to come out. His number is 804-920-2159.

She stated she has called several times about this tree because it is a hazard and no one has returned her call. She said the tree is dropping big limbs and she is afraid it will hit someone’s car.
