Description

Dumpsters MUST be placed on cribbing (wooden pads/blocks) if they are placed in parking lanes. To often dumpsters cause damage to our streets due to lack of cribbing. A dumpster without cribbing can be reported to RVA311 at 3-1-1 (646-7000) or to the Department of Public Works Construction and Right of Way Management (646-0436). The dumpster below is in violation due to the lack of cribbing.
