Description
The traffic signal at Janhke Road and Hioaks Road and the one West of it at the exit from Chippenham Hospital badly need re-timing. Generally, and especially at rush hour when shifts change at the hospital, the one at Hioaks will turn green and the one at the exist from the hospital will turn red. This badly congests traffic. From West of Chippenham to Hioaks, traffic and aggressive drivers make this vicinity a death trap. Police officers to enforce traffic laws are badly needed at rush hr.
