Description

Traffic signals not working again at intersections of N. Meadow and Park and N. Meadow and Stuart. This is my 3rd request on same issue. Out since Sat., temporarily fixed this afternoon and now flashing again. This is a heavily traveled road, including by emergency vehicles. Malfunctioning lights at these intersections are dangerous.
