tornado came and took the top of 2018. and the tree is hanging for 6 months. the limb is hanging. its going to fall on Lamont ave or its going to fall in his drive way. the limb is 30 feet off the ground. afraid that its going to fall and cause serious problems. Wilmington Ave & Lamont St Richmond, VA 23227
