Description

At the end of the alley between 28th and 29th, the new resident of 823 West 29th St have built a fire pit and a large concrete oven. This is on City property, and also directly in the middle of a habitat of 3 deer that live in the woods there. An open fire pit and grilling of meat would certainly scare away these beautiful animals. Fire code states: "The location for any open burning shall not be less than 50 feet (15240 mm) from any structure or combustible materials"
