Description
Every morning between 630 and 9 am there is a constant stream of cars using w 31 as a cut through to Semmes Avenue and also during evening rush hours as well. This is a residential neighborhood and a street not designed to handle hundreds of cars in a few hours. Additionally people speed and a few neighbors have lost side mirrors. Many people here have small children and pets and there is a chance of them being hit. Please let me know when you can do a traffic study and what the results are
