Description

This is the methadone clinic. There is an obscene amount of litter/garbage along the streets and into the nearby grassy area from its patrons. Could it be cleaned regularly and/or, could a trash can be placed there to help have a receptacle as an option? Perhaps a no littering sign is in order as well.
