Description

The restricted parking sign in the treewell in front of 1523 Hanover Ave needs to be removed and placed elsewhere. It should not be in the treewell. It needs to be removed so that urban forestry can remove and replace the tree stump. (The tree was cut down two or three weeks ago.)
