Description
overgrown tree limbs are blocking a STOP sign at the corner of T Street and North 22nd Street. There has already been a car accident in this intersection and children riding bicycles have nearly been hit by cars that do not see the stop sign due to this tree. This is a prostitution free zone and prostitutes are using this tree to hide behind to gain access to cars as they do stop when they see the stop sign.
