Description

Standing water continues to sit in alley filled with dirt and mud, rather than stone. The last time the City equipment came through they put travel coarse aggregate gravel in most alleys, but this one got a stone dust/stone mix, which does not hold up when it does not drain. Alley needs to be regraded and stone added to prevent small lakes from preventing residents from using garages.
