Description

Countdown clock and flashing walk signals has been down at the interesection of Roseneath and Monument for about a month. The counter seems to be off as well as an able body adult is not able to get across it during the transition of the lights, but most importantly the walk and stop signals have been out at a heavily used intersection for pedestrians that is on the same street as a school.
