Description

POT HOLE AND STREET AND PAVEMENT REPAIR (2nd request) Prev request ID DPW000022449 placed on 3-27-19 not showing trackable but repair not made. Since bus stop has been placed near our entrance of our company the pavement has become increasingly deteriorated and two large pot holes have formed at our entrance and exit of our company. Trench like pot holes that is making it difficult to enter and exit our company without damage to our vehicles. 5-3-19 3rd request- Update required: road has become dangerous as we are having to go painstakingly slow in order not to damage our vehicles and risk being hit by traffic turning off of Midlothian Turnpike. Please advise when these will be addressed. Photos attached
