Description
This is an extremely unsafe intersection, and there have been multiple accidents in the past few months. Cars travel on grove much faster than the 25 mph speed limit, and for drivers turning left or right off of Dooley, the cars parked up onto the curb make it impossible to see. Furthermore, it's very difficult for pedestrians to cross this stretch of Grove safely, as the nearest intersections where cars have to yield in crosswalks is two blocks west at Nansemond and 2 blocks East at Belmont.
