Description

Homeowner installed sump pump driven drainage from home/yard and then installed outlet drain in alley. Now all water from property is pumped into the alley. On 3/30, alley was cleared and Re-graded. However, due to drainage from property, the alley is already collecting water again and ruts are reappearing. This water needs to be redirected to the street like every other home does. If the line being directed to the alley is not removed, it will completely negate the alley repair just completed by the city.
