Description

Potholes along Hioaks and Carnation to and from CJW Medical Center are terrible. The patch repairs do not last very long and often reveal even larger holes. On a clear day, the potholes are easy enough to spot and avoid. However, nights and rainy days result is hazardous driving conditions, especially when you hit a deep pothole unexpectedly. I recommend a deep strip and repaving so that the chronic problem areas can have the necessary substrate support.
