Description

A drainage grate has been installed in the alley behind my house that is used to pump rain water & drainage from the house behind mine. The alley does not have a storm drain and the result is that my back yard now floods from the other house. In addition to the drainage, the homeowner also regarded the alley with gravel so the water all flows to my yard. Please assist in having this drainage removed - I did not observe any city representative or permits when this work was done.
