Resident contacted the CAO's Office From: D'Arcy, Beth H. - CAO Sent: Wednesday, March 27, 2019 11:12 AM To: Howie, Jacqueline R. - DPW Cc: Vincent, Bobby - DPW; Gray, Jeff L. - CAO Subject: Citizen Issue - 305 Chimborazo Blvd. Good day Ms. Howie, Ms. Carol Martin just called out office regarding an overgrown tree in the alley behind her home. She claims that the tree is not on her property, but growing in the alley and into her fence causing damage. She is no longer able to close the gate because of the tree growth and damage to her fence. She has called Public Works, and someone told her that an arborist would be in contact with her. She has not received a call yet. Can you pleasefollow up on this? Carol Martin (804) 833-3651 305 Chimborazo Blvd. Thank you, Beth D’Arcy, MPA Executive Staff Assistant to the CAO Chief Administrative Office O: (804) 646-2043 M: (804) 221-6198

nspected the tree and spoke with the citizen I asked Dominion to remove it and they determined that the tree was not interfering with their wire enough to justify them removing it. I informed the residentthat she would need a private contractor remove it on her dime. We cannot do anything with this please close
