Description

the manhole in the middle of the BIKE LANE at 7th and franklin is sunk a good 4 inches below the road surface, creating a significant pothole type obstruction. It is particiularly hard to see before the sun comes up (when I commute to work). if a bike were to hit that, it could cause a significant wipeout.
