Description
Thomas Street accumulates litter rather quickly. Unfortunately, I am the only one picking up litter in the area around Thomas and Bath Street. A lot of the litter accumulates in the vacant land and near the interstate fencing. Can the City put this area on a schedule for litter pick-up. As an apartment building owner working to improve the community.. this detracts potentially good residents.
