Description

Graham Road and Cecil Road are in poor condition. There are several potholes and the road is generally in poor shape. When will the potholes be repairs and the roads repaved. As a apartment building owner who has residents that must travel these streets to get tour building.. this is great concern. The pic confirms the location of the issues.
