Description

E. Graham Rd. entrance to frontage road along 2400/2500 block of North Ave. needs repairs. Driveway gutter to frontage road is very deep. Many cars bottom out over this gutter area. Silt runoff from frontage road also accumulates downstream from driveway entrance causing a large pool of standing water to form. E. Graham Rd. itself is starting to crack at this spot.

    100ft.of crumbling cracked broken sinking gutter pan trip hazard especially in the dark 35ft. 4x30 of sidewalk damaged need repair asap.
