Description
Large branch dangling from tree above power line. Smaller branches have been shedding from it, hitting power lines on the way down to road and sidewalk. Even the smaller branches are enough to cause damage to people and property—one of them stressed power line enough to disconnect it from streetlight. Large branch will cause major damage if it falls on its own.
