please remove this stump & repair the sidewalk. this has been reported quite a few times over the past 7 or 8 years. you can't park too close to it because you cannot get a car door open because it hits the roots & the sidewalk. The roots have torn up the sidewalk and made it a major tripping hazard. Miss Utility marked the area several years ago in preparation for the stump removal but then it was never removed.
