Description

The brick sidewalk has been upturned the width of the sidewalk for over 2 years in two separate locations on this block. This area is heavily trafficked by VCU students and I have seen people trip over these patches. Also half of the length of the block has a continuous row of bricks missing as the ground is starting to fall down a hill (not in pictures).
