WATER IS BLOCKING THE STREET DUE TO CLOGGED DITCHES, TREE LIMBS DOWN AND OTHER TRASH NEEDS TO BE REMOVED IN ORDER TO HAVE WATER FLOWING ..EMERGENCY, EGRESS AND INGRESS PATHS TO HOMES ARE SEVERELY BLOCKED.
