Description

Massive pothole and growing side potholes continue to plague this spot- Maple will soon become impassable- there is a cone in the center of the sinkhole (placed by a resident). The hole is continually filled with water even during dry weather- probably underground water issue making this spot especially bad.

    Caller is calling back to check the status of this request for Maple and Park Ave. before Patterson Ave. There's massive potholes that is always full of water there's a cone placed at the area and potholes are on both sides of the cone.
