Per Arthur Brown...above addresses was investigated for drainage issue in the alley on 3/18/19. Please look at the pictures of the drain spouts coming off both garages. The spouts are directly front of thedoor causing the runoff to go inside of the garages and into the alley. A trench drain would help at both these garages diverting the water into nearby drain or sewer line. The alley does have a lot of pot holes at the eastern end of the block.DPW Roadway will have to schedule the grading and filling of pot holes in this alley. Also not the alley is on small incline which cause the water to drain downward.
