Description
The occupants of 3232 Grove Ave leave their multiple trash and recycling containers on the space between the street and sidewalk on Tilden Street (roughly the 200 block). They DO NOT remove them to their property between pick ups as required by Ordinance No. 2007-275 sec 86-44 (a). These cans are typically over-flowing with trash (including a broken mirror this week that is on the ground) and are both unsightly and dangerous to pedestrians using the sidewalk along Tilden.
