Description

Extremely large and dangerous pothole located approximately 3/10 of a mile on the left hand roadway after turning right from Bells Road onto Deepwater Terminal Road going towards the Port of Richmond. There is a large volume of trucks carrying containers from the Port of Richmond that have to pass where this pot hole is located. There are also numerous business locations in this area with a great volume of employee, customer and suppliers traffic. Thank you for your help with this matter.
