Description

Construction to property that shares alley behind 4808 Monumental St is completely blocking alley with huge heap of gravel. This has been going on for at several weeks. City Garbage trucks are not able to collect trash. This needs to be fixed, contractor given notice to remove gravel and the contractor should be fined.
