Description

Rosedale Ave is in dire need of repaving. This road hasn't been repaved completely since I've worked on Rosedale since 2007. That's 12 years and 4 rims and 12 tires later, 4 alignments, 4 broken struts and more just to 1 of my vehicles and the road is still not repaired. Fasting travelers thousands of dollars because of y'all negligence to do your job and provide tax payers with proper road maintenance. Get on it Richmond instead of worrying about what name to change The Boulevard to.
