Description

met with a resident at the 5100 block of Devonshire Rd to see the alley there between Devonshire and Sylvan. The alley has some pretty major holes where all gravel has either become depressed or dislodged. This has caused issues with residents being able to walk it and worsened stormwater issues in residents’ back yards. A1B1
