Description

I have called and written several times as well as sent pictures. In from of my home at the above address is a raised sidewalk because of a tree falling during a storm. When the tree fell over, it raised the sidewalk and whenever it rains, a puddle of water is left standing there. This also causes the grassy area between the sidewalk and street to be continuously wet. I have sent request and have never heard from anyone. The sidewalk looks extremely bad, joggers coming through may fall
