Description

Alley next to 3 S Addison St is increasingly hazardous with deepening potholes. Damage to vehicles is completely unavoidable. Considerable damage to private property due to vehicles attempting to avoid the potholes. Needs gravel and grading to ensure water run off does not erode the entrance again.
