Description

In the alley just east of, and within sight of, the 100 block of N. Stafford Ave. (that runs between the 2300 blocks of Grove and Floyd avenues) there is garbage spilling out of the garbage cans and recycling spilling out and piled haphazardly all around the recycling bin. I believe this is because the residents of 101 N. Stafford Ave. are illegally using garbage and recycling bins intended for 2327 Grove Avenue. Or perhaps it's because residents of 2327 Grove are being inconsiderate/sloppy.
