Description

Significant plant overgrowth damaged the asphalt road on the west side of Arrowhead Rd. between 4212 and 4222 Arrowhead Rd. The plant overgrowth encroaches several feet into the street creating a visual blind spot posing a serious pedestrian hazard. Once overgrowth is removed, the street will require repair to avoid vehicular damage. Photo documentation of street obstruction is attached. More than a vehicle's width of space has been consumed by overgrowth creating a visual obstruction for vehicles and posing an imminent safety hazard for pedestrians.
