Description

Fence of the Diamond parking lot on the western side (Southbound side) of Hermitage Rd. The fencing has been damaged such that it completely covers the sidewalk. There is a utility pole at this location presenting a secondary hazard. Those using the sidewalk must step into or unsafely near the road in order to pass. This has been an issue for the past year & a half, & has gotten worse with time. Please note the photo attachment is from May 2017 and does not reflect existing conditions.
