Description

Water pools in the sidewalk in front of 2915 1/2 Garland Ave when it rains and it takes a while to drain/dry up. It is also damaged/raised by tree roots between 2915 1/2 and 2917 Garland Ave.

    Found no water setting has a few cracks in the sidewalk and areas that have stone in it 25 to 35ft. x5 need repair asap
