Zelkova #76453 is healthy and in good condition; service is unwarranted at this time. Sidewalk has some panels slightly elevated which have been ground to repair. Roots in pipes most likely to be the trees beside the house on the fenceline, rather than the city tree that is much further away and on the other side of the sidewalk. No visible signs of surface roots in front lawn between city tree and the house, some distance away. Several trees on privateproperty within 10' of foundation. Spoke to resident by phone, he insists the city tree is the one growing roots into his pipes, not the trees directly beside his home, also insists sidewalk has not been ground or repaired.
