Description

There was a cluster of potholes that were repaired months ago on Hopkins Rd between the post office & Kingly Ones Apartments. The repair job was done really bad and botched up; leaving the street in that area just as bad as before or maybe even worst. It was left so bumpy in that spot causing you to have to merge over in the other lane to avoid it
