Description
There’s a pipe sticking out of the sidewalk in front of this address. I don’t know what sort of pipe it is but it needs to be lowered so it is flush with the sidewalk. This address is near a home for the elderly and many people in wheelchairs etc. use this street. The pipe makes it hard for them to get down the sidewalk. It’s also a hazard for pedestrians. My toddler was biking down the sidewalk the other day and he ran into the pipe and fell off his bike.
