Description

Brook Rd is undergoing major construction. It is understood that this is a major undertaking to improve utilities. However, the temporary patch jobs that are in place are negligent and hazardous. There are massive potholes, divots, and sunken sections of road that are hellacious on axles, suspensions, and tires. Side streets are affected, but Brook Rd itself is a major artery and from Azalea to Laburnum you should pack a spare set of 4 tires to drive it. Shame on the city / HMI Utilities.
