Description

Caller states there is a portion of asphalt that juts up about 2-3 inches which is causing a hazard to vehicles. He previously submitted a request for this repair (DPW000011589) and the comments indicate they filled pot holes at this location, but he states it is not a pot hole and this particular issue has not been repaired.
