Description

This address is owned by Richmond, leased by Richmond Public Schools. The area around the building entrance needs to be re-graded in order to allow rain water to drain properly. As is, rain water pools at the bottom of the entrance ramp 1-2 inches deep stretching for many feet around the entrance so that there is no way for employees and visitors to enter the building without walking through a huge pool of water. This is also the ADA entrance and may impede the ability of handicapped individuals to get in and out safely. Photos available.
