Description

Our alley, which is a City owned abandoned alley(natural growth, no gravel or vehicle use); is not being maintained by the City. This has caused severe flooding to the adjoining properties, including more mine (3"s of water in a basement that has never flooded/as well as my neighbors flooding as well). The alley is over grown, the swale is full of wood/logs that are Impeding the water flowing; hence the flooding A1B1
